    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Import2Sales ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Import2Sales. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date.

    3. Description of the Service

    Import2Sales is a tool that helps you import product information from third-party suppliers, generate marketing copy with AI, and create and host mobile-first landing pages that direct buyers to your own WhatsApp. We provide the software and hosting; we are not the seller of any product you list.

    4. Your Account

    You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use Import2Sales only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods, to make false or misleading claims, to infringe anyone's rights, or to breach the terms of the suppliers and marketplaces you import from. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

    6. Your Content and Responsibility

    You retain ownership of the content you create, and you grant us the licence needed to host and display it as part of the service. You are solely responsible for your product descriptions, prices, images, delivery promises, order fulfilment, and customer service. Because sales are completed directly between you and your buyers on WhatsApp, Import2Sales is not a party to those transactions.

    7. Payments and Subscriptions

    Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment partner, Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails, your account keeps its features for a short grace period before being downgraded to the free plan. Downgrading or cancelling may reduce your page limit and remove paid features, and free-plan pages expire after 7 days.

    8. Refunds

    Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

    9. Intellectual Property

    The Import2Sales name, software, design, and features are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the service except as expressly permitted.

    10. Third-Party Content and Suppliers

    Product details and images you import come from third-party sources. We do not verify and cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, or quality of that information. You are responsible for confirming product details before you sell.

    11. Service Availability

    We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Import2Sales is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee any particular sales results.

    13. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

    15. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the revised terms here with a new date, and where appropriate notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
