Which supplier links can I import from?
Import2Sales has dedicated importers for AliExpress, 1688 and Temu, and a general importer for Alibaba and most other online stores. If a link cannot be read, you can enter the product details manually.
How does WhatsApp ordering work?
Every sales page has an "Order on WhatsApp" button. When a buyer taps it, WhatsApp opens a chat with you with a pre-filled message about the product, and you confirm the order directly.
Can my customers pay on delivery?
Yes. Orders are confirmed with you in WhatsApp, so you choose how to collect payment: pay on delivery, bank transfer or a deposit for pre-orders.
How much does Import2Sales cost?
The Free plan gives you 1 product page with Import2Sales branding. Starter is ₦7,500 per month for up to 5 active product pages without branding. Pro is ₦20,000 per month for up to 25 product pages.
How do I pay for a plan?
Paid plans are billed in naira through Paystack.
Do I need coding or design skills?
No. You paste a link, review the AI-written copy, set your price and WhatsApp number, and publish. There is nothing to install.
Can I edit the page after publishing?
Yes. You can change the copy, images, price and WhatsApp settings at any time from your dashboard.
How do I stop saying "DM for price"?
Give each product its own page that shows the price, benefits and delivery details, then post that link instead of just photos. Buyers who tap "Order on WhatsApp" are already interested in buying.
Is Import2Sales a store builder?
No. It is a per-product sales-page generator. Each product gets its own page and link, which suits WhatsApp and social selling.
